Julian was professional, knowledgeable and calmly understated in his approach. Don’t let the latter fool you though, you’re probably dealing with a set of experts here who are probably number one in the UK at what they do. Julian listened and adjusted the set up until everything felt effortless. Can’t wait to get the bike.

Products and services bike is amazing its6my first ebike and it just gives you the freedom to explore rides that are so much more challenging and go further distance with relative ease. And the service we got from the team at Nevis Cycles was second to none . They went above and beyond in every aspect from allowing us to have some bikes for the weekend to try them out. We can't thank-you guys enough. Just looking forward to the nice weather now to start our new adventures.

My Google review of Primo Cycles: Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, great service!
Having not ridden a bike for well over a couple of decades and not being in the best of health, I wanted reliable advice when buying equipment to try cycling again. I used the Cyclescheme voucher at Primo and Ben was great at advising on the key items which I needed, I came away very happy with the gear and liked the fact that Primo re-use bags rather than providing new bags for their products.
Will be back to spend the remainder of the voucher and for any future support / purchases.

staff were incredibly friendly and gave loads of advice as much as i claim im an expert theres certain bits like tyres for example im not clued up on and the quality of service suggested a great tyre combination .
