Hints going forward... I would recommend reiterating to people cycling through to Inverness that there are very few places to pick up lunch and snacks and to pack these from Fort William. Also if it is predicted rain then line the paniers with rubbish bags as they are not water proof. Thanks team for a fantastic service.

I had to take both our bikes for a recall. I emailed on the Sunday and Monday Wheelbase got in touch and asked me to drop the bikes in to the Ilkley store and they attended to both bikes as I waited.
