Warm welcome into what could be seen as an intimidatingly specialist shop/showroom. I felt listened to (initially I made a phone enquiry) and understood, even though I didn't really know much about what I thought I wanted!
Great help from Matt when I finally got round to going in to discuss eBikes. He was able to make a spot-on recommendation and I didn't feel pressured in terms of up-selling or add-on items. The offer for me to trial a MiRider and cycle it home and keep it overnight was made, which was exactly what I wanted and needed to make a decision. The purchase process was smooth, clear and fair (we agreed a part-exchange with my trusty old Trek Navigator - also bought from Saddle Safari back in the day) and the timescale for delivery promised was correct to the day. Just a week of waiting for my brand new bike was great. No horrible long lead time. Dan was super helpful and friendly when we arrived to collect the new bike - and Mark was equally so when I called a couple of days later to ask about bikeregister.
I had good advice re security and maintenance - and the offer to park on Saddle Safari premises within their opening hours is a very much appreciated bonus.
All in all, I feel quality and first class service from the Saddle Safari team of enthusiasts and am already thoroughly enjoying my new mode of transport!
