Absolutely blown away by the service from Rod at the cycle store! We popped in looking for a balance bike for our son and Rod went above and beyond to help us find the perfect one. His knowledge and enthusiasm were infectious, and before we knew it, we were rolling out of there with the Specialized Hot Boy balance bike in awesome orange! Top-notch guy, top-notch bikes, and top-notch service. Highly recommend!
Having used the edge before, I know exactly what level of service I'm going to be receiving when I take a bike in, and it's always that of a high level at what I'd say is a very fair price!
