We have purchased all our family members bikes from this company since 2014 and never been disappointed hence why we always return.
It took a couple of weeks for the part to show up—apparently it was on a scenic tour of the country. Once I finally dropped the bike off at the shop, they hit me with a surprisingly convincing pitch for upgrading my headset bearings. Honestly, they made it sound like my bike would ascend to a higher plane of existence. Good thing I had the info ahead of time—makes it way easier to pretend I know what I’m doing.

Tom was fantastic, offering helpful advice and honest opinions in a friendly, non-pushy way. Being able to test ride multiple bikes was a huge plus and ultimately helped me choose the right one. The aftercare from the team has also been outstanding. I couldn’t recommend Trek Bikes—especially the Poole team—more highly.
