Brilliant service
I recently bought a Mtb from Wheelbase and was uncertain about what sort of bike suited me. Living in the lakes I needed an all rounder comfortable enough for long rides and light enough for quick blasts out.
Carl was very helpful without being pushy or influencing at all. His knowledge of the bikes was great and I left confident I’d been sold the right one. I bought a new helmet as well and Carl spent considerable time making sure it was the right size and fit.
I picked the bike up 2 days later and was given a thorough walk through of all the set up and instructions.
Very happy with the service wheelbase offered me.

Wow, what a set up!
Great vibe - I arrived to look at some sizes on a new Trek Madone and there was a lot of riders in. Friendly atmosphere nothing too much trouble.
After a test ride decided to purchase with James - no pressure just good honest knowledge and advice.
If I lived nearer would definitely join the club rides!
