Knowledgeable, friendly staff. they ask about your needs then suggest equipment that is right for you. Repair technicians are thorough and good. Brought my bike in after a flat that my CO2 failed to reinflate so I had to ride 6 miles on rim. They trued the rim and replaced the tires and did a tune up, brakes etc that was way overdue. Bike came back like new. Very pleased.

Good customer service, knowledgeable, took their time helping get me set-up on new bike. Said it would be 3 weeks for bike to come in and I got it in a few days!
I wouldn't take my bikes anywhere else for service. Justin and Jake do a great job repairing and maintaining the bikes, and I trust their work. Although Chris didn't provide the service, he provides excellent recommendations.

The team at the Spartanburg Trek is friendly and personable. I took my bike in to have a snapped gearing cable replaced and have a pro tune completed. The bike was ready when promised. The bike ride like it's new again.
My bike stopped working after a year and 2 weeks. I called the store and they got me right in. They diagnosed the bike and fixed the problem the same day. They were super friendly and eager to help me and make my experience with Trek excellent!

I like the quality, selection, and excellent service at the Trek store. You’re always greeted when you walk in and given expert advice. Of course, going into a bike shop is like being a kid in a candy store for me, but the Trek folks make it even better by sharing their love of bikes and biking for everyone. I’m not a “serious” cyclist and they don’t look down on me like some other stores do.
The team at this shop truly know their bicycles and truly value their customers. Products and services top notch!

Mary and Clay spent time to help me pick and size a bike to fit my needs for a upcoming sprint Triathlon and fitness training. The selection of brand and level options was significantly better than the other local shops I checked out. I was able to get the 2027 model of the Trek Domain SL 5 prior to availability online.
