Gerry, our sales guy was awesome. Listened, and then recommended a pair of e bikes that we love. Steve, our service tech, knows his business. Just had one of the bikes in for spongy brakes, he diagnosed, and had it done within a day, plus did derailleur tweaks under the lifetime adjustments warranty.

First, it was the only bicycle shop near me open on a Monday! And when I say near me, I mean Woodruff! It was worth the 35 minute drive back and forth because of the customer service! That is exactly what brings people back to a business over and over again. Steve is a gem and had my son's bike fixed within 25 minutes. And he even explained to me what he did to fix the bike. The other two gentlemen at the front were also so nice. I spoke to one for awhile but I didn't get his name! Thanks to him as well! He was so kind and told me it was also a dog friendly business, which made me so happy as I had my little pug puppy with me.

I'm very happy with the service. The Vinings store is the primary store that I recommend to friends. Small items like bar tape and expendables are a bit pricy, but they are guaranteed to be genuine and not Chinese knock-offs. I do which that the store would stock more than just the most expensive brands. I came in looking for wire bead road tires which tend to be very durable and a bit less expensive than their folding counterparts. In the past Vittoria offered a very good wire bead tire which I found extremely kind to the wallet (particularly for those who don't care about weight). Maybe those don't exist anymore. Shame as it is nice to have that option.
Mary and the entire team at Atlanta Cycling in Roswell were incredible during the entire buying experience with them. They listened to what type of riding I was wanting to do and suggested bikes that best suited my needs. I am very excited about my new Roscoe and look forward to hitting the trails.
