I worked with Clay when I first stopped by last week. I let him know that I know nothing about road bikes but have been riding a spin bike for the last year and would like to transition to a road bike to train for a triathlon. Clay didn't just walk me through the bikes and equipment but also made it a point to understand and accommodate where I was and where I was trying go. I was a little short on time so I came back this week specifically on Monday to make sure I could continue working with him. I'd like to think that Clay recognized how I operate mentally and tailored his communication accordingly explaining the what and why of the equipment, setup, operation, maintenance, and experience in great detail. He really made me feel comfortable with the end-to-end experience and I appreciate him for that. He was also a very nice person and a pleasure to interact with. Great experience!

Jeremy helped me pick the perfect bike for my wife that wasnt too much bike for her desire, perfect size and made her light up like the sun. Also, on the same visit i talked with Steve in service and he got my old Marlin 5 in the shop and out with great customer service. made us feel very welcome and important and excited to get to the shop more . ultimately i guess they made us feel like family and excited to ride. Trek is a very reputable name, so when we purchased our bikes we knew we were getting good ones. I appreciate being able to bring my bike for an annual “checkup” at no extra cost since my bike was purchased at Trek. Service is:always great with any issues resolved quickly and efficiently.

I have recommended the TREK store in GVL to many of my cycling friends over the past years, but recently I had an exceptional experience as I had a front Trek light had fall of the bike multiple times due to defective site where it gets attached to the bike, Justin took it back and replaced it under warranty no questions asked. this is customer service. obviously they value the customer over product to retain loyal customer and they succeeded. Very professional and knowledgeable staff! I have a Trek bike, but bought it when on a trip in Florida. They helped me by checking saddle height, and saddle angle.
