The shop manager is the best in town. They are timely, the make sure bikes come back clean and generally not needing further adjustment.

I absolutely love the bike, and the service was stellar. Ramon and the rest of the staff members were so knowledgeable and treated me with the utmost respect. I had an issue with a new bike from another bicycle store, but I could not get the members of the other store to listen to my concerns. They insisted there was no unusual sound every time I took my new bike to them. They proceeded to keep it for many days and return it with no repairs made.
However, all three professionals in Atlanta Cycling Vinings heard the clicking instantly and validated my concerns. Thanks to the them and Brandon Nguyen at Trek, I am happily riding another bike and not spending days on end without my bike. I’m forever grateful to them!
