Customer service was great! I first met Sailor and he was super. I came back a week later and met Mary, again super nice! Was not going to buy a bike, I have 4 others but they were so nice I made a purchase! The purchase process was great! I have been around cycling for 40 years and visited a lot of bike shops. This shop is great! Only one shop I have dealt with was better and that was Trek Supe Store in Kearney Mesa, California!
The guys at Trek are always willing to go above and beyond to help me get back on my bike. They look out for my safety as well and helped me with a warranty that I wasn’t sure how to move forward with. thank you so much for top-notch service.

The store and the manager were very accommodating. We purchased out sons 20" bike at a Trek factory store in Washington state, with plans to participate in the trade-up program so a lesser privileged child could have his bike once traded in. While the Chattanooga store isn't a strict factory store that participates in the program, they were still very accommodating!

Great Job and Super Helpful.
Everything was great as always. I was there for a tune-up. I didn't respond right away because there is one gear that is rattling a little bit, like it's not clicking into place. If it doesn't go away, I will be back, but I am 100% confident you will take care of it so Im not worried
