Very knowledgeable. They pointed us to the right product, even though they didn't have it in stock and told us where we could find it elsewhere since they did not know when they were gonna get more in. That's a class act.! I ended up buying a handlebar mirror which I needed, but I did it more in response to the fact that the guy was very cool about admitting they didn't have what we wanted and telling us the exact sku I want to look for

The store has a manual door, which could be changed to an automatic one so that its easy for customers to get in and out with their cycles.

I have purchased 4 bikes at Trek Greenville, SC since 2017. The employees at Trek have always made me feel welcome and are always friendly. They usually meet me in the parking lot when they see I have a bike on my rack to unload. Christopher S. was very helpful today with
with a trade-in towards the purchase of a FX Sport 4 Carbon. I’m not the most knowledgeable bicyclist, but Trek employees have always treated me with respect. Today, was no exception. Chris was great! I enjoyed riding my new bike this afternoon.

The folks at Atlanta Cycling make it so easy to do business with them. I can pop in for minor tweaks to my bike often at no charge and I trust that when they tell me it’s time for a tuneup and repairs the need is genuine. They’ll continue to be my go to bike shop.
