The staff at the Greenville store are absolutely incredible! Bay has spent hours with me fitting me for a bike, teaching me how to take care of it., etc Way over what any other bike store would do. Chris made it possible for me to upgrade to my dream bike. Bradley talked me through a sticky situation on a Saturday when I was biking the Blue Ridge Parkway and had bike troubles. They are a phenomenal team. Trek Greenville is THE ONLY place to go for a bike!

I received great service. My 20 year old Wheeler Trekking Cycle was having during and rear shifting issues. The service provided was taken care of while I waited. The staff were very personable. I recommend Trek Store Greenville to all cyclists.

Steven the bicycle mechanic is AWESOME! He has a great personality and he is customer friendly! He is a subject matter expert on “all things bicycle.” I wouldn’t bring my bikes anywhere else- local & trustworthy plus turn around time is always short.
The staff we've dealt with, Bradley, Jerry, and Josh, are so helpful and knowledgeable. They take a lot of time explaining even the simplest questions without wishing they were selling a more expensive bike to someone else. I would trust them with repairs on our bikes anytime. Right now we have two Treks, and we love them.

Stephen Shaw took great care of me while I was on a cross-country bike trip: setting aside a pair of cleats for me, having a busy mechanic install a derailleur cable, making a suggestion about how to solve a problem with my pump, advising me to replace my rear tire, and providing me with encouragement.
