Staff greeted me when I walked in. While I already had an idea of what I was looking for, Mary was very helpful from start to finish in the purchasing process. The bike had to be sent to the location and assembled. She kept me informed via text which was helpful. We also had good discussions concerning accessories I needed. The Sales person was very thorough in explaining the differences between the different models and allowed us to test ride the bikes. he was patient with us and very friendly. he was also not pushy about making the sale which I appreciated. He ordered me the shoes that I wanted which were out of stock and messaged me promptly when they arrived. We are extremely happy with the bikes and the buying experience.

Mary and Vince were very good to communicate with regarding the shipping and assembly of the bicycles being sent. Vince was very professional and informative in talking with me on the phone regarding what was needed on both bikes. My wife and I also visited the store on a recent trip to the area and found Mary and the sales staff very helpful regarding e-bikes. We will look forward to visiting the store again when back in that area when visiting our daughter and family. Keep up the good work!!
