Bill fit me on a bike that I though I would be unable to purchase, but he ensured me that a medium size would be better than a small, which opened up a whole new world, since the bike I wanted was unavailable ANYWHERE in a small.
Samantha ordered my new sized bike in a medium and it was delivered within the week. Just picked it up and am anxious to take it out for a new adventure this week!

Jessica is the best and most helpful saleswoman, and the maintenance team is the best. They installed my toddler seat, made sure my bike was in top working order, and helped me install my trunk bike mount the first time. Will definitely be back to the Duluth store as needed.
Riding on riverfront and got a pinch flat, went to trek and they fixed it very quickly.
