Everyone in the shop is friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly patient! My e-bike was brand new and the electronics were not working correctly. The manufacturer sent replacement parts and the mechanics found that one of the parts sent was incorrect. The team sent me pictures to send to the manufacturer and then had to wait for the correct part to be sent. Once they had everything they needed they quickly repaired my bike and I am so happy to finally be able to ride my brand new e-bike. Thanks Eddie and team!

I am a roadie and have quite a bit of experience with bike shops. While visiting Greenville, SC, I needed work performed on two bikes. The experience from this TREK store was exceptional. They performed work on the bikes exactly as I requested and in the promised time frame. Based on my experience with other stores nationwide, I can tell you that these guys are first-class, know their stuff, and will do what they tell you they will do. I highly recommend them.
I've been doing business there for decades. They have done all the maintenance that I can't do myself on at least five bikes I have bought there. Good technicians who know their stuff. I routinely run in to ask them questions about my bike. Great staff.
