The Roswell location service technician in the repair section was extremely courteous in addition to addressing my repair issue in a timely manner. After assessing the situation he made recommendation to solve my issue. The repair was done in a timely manner and now my son is extremely happy to be able to ride is first bike with confidence. Highly recommend Atlanta Cycling in Roswell and will definitely return to buy bikes in the future.
PS...an AC representative who i first called in another store guided me to the Roswell store given they have a decent repair facility.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I had an issue with a tire installed at a different bike shop - they fixed it and gave the bike a tuneup, free of charge. This is our family’s fourth bike purchased from the shop and will return here when it’s time to upgrade.

Always great service at the store. Arrived to the store 5 minutes before closing to pick up my girlfriend's bike and they stayed around to let us test ride the bike and got the kick stand and other accessories installed for us. Couldn't recommend this store enough to others interested in buying a bike.

Really appreciative of the knowledgeable staff. I worked with Matt to buy my first road bike. He was patient, worked to understand what I wanted out of my bike, and matched me with exactly what I needed.
I am an older cycler, only riding for about 18 months. I've struggled with getting comfortable on my bike. They took the time to talk to me then offered some options for a new seat. I installed it on Saturday night, then went out for a 30-mile ride on Sunday. The new seat was great. Unlike the seat that came on my Trek, this one actually fit me. Note, they did this late on Saturday evening even though (technically) the store had closed. I never felt rushed. They were very informative. I would definitely recommend.

In 2025 I still appreciate a retail store and professional staffing when deciding to make a larger purchase such as a bike. The process of ordering a bike through the shop was easy. The staff is knowledgeable but not pushy. I've had the bike a few days and have enjoyed it! When the bike eventually needs a tune-up it will be convenient to take it back to the local shop.
