The staff. The person working on my bike has a passion for mountain biking. Also the help when it comes to ordering the correct parts. The person placing the order understood in detail what was or needed to be done. When complete it was exactly that.

Great to work with. I moved away and had a Trek gift card and could not use it online or at a local retailer so it had to be used at a trek store. I called the store and they worked with me to order the things I wanted and allowed me to use my gift card over the phone and ship me my items
