Chris has tuned my bikes to perfection over the years. I mentioned to him that my daughter had out grown her bike and I was thinking about getting her a nice bike for her 10th birthday. 3 months later, I came back to the store with my daughter, a couple days before her birthday, and Chris starts pulling out a couple options. We determine an adult small could work, and he adjusts the saddle of a beautiful Marlin 4. She rides in store, and then Chris encourages her to ride it in the back of the store to make sure it would work. Chris walks through the maintenance plan and we both saw the joy on my daughter’s face as she rode. He congratulated both of us on the purchase and we went for a ride when we got home. That ride, experience purchasing the perfect bike for my princess, and seeing the joy on her face, made it one of the best days of my life.
I purchased a bicycle from Ashley and have a lifetime warranty. It was a easy set up for an appointment to get up on my bicycle. Harvey recommended.

I came in for rim tape for my wheel. The guy the counter I think his name is Justin even put it on the rim to make sure it fit properly. I didn’t ask him to, but that sure did work well for me. I’m going to go back today to get another one for the other wheel

I have visited the Spartanburg Trek store numerous times. I purchased a Trek FX4 gravel bike from them in 2024. I recently had it serviced and ended up purchasing a new Domane road bike while in the store. The staff has always been top-notch and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this store for any bicycle purchases. This is my fourth Trek bike, so I highly recommend the brand.

I've found the maintenance team to be very professional and helpful. The AC - Ansley team has been maintaining my Scott Addict since I got it 3 1/2 years ago, and they've taken great care of my bike, which makes riding much more fun.

I love the products and I love the customer service and everybody there is like family whenever I can support I do I’ve been knowing Josh Boggs over 20 years.
Everyone was friendly and super helpful. Steven helped me pick out a new Aventon ebike (which I love!). We rode 3 different bakes and he answered all my questions. The bike I wanted had to be ordered but he was able to link me to an exiting order so I got the bike in 1 week instead of 3-4.
Charlie and Matt helped me choose some accessories when I came to pick up the bike. They installed them on the spot and made sure the bike fitted me properly before helping me put it on the rack to head home.
All in all, fantastic (teamwork) service and a wonderful product resulted in a very happy customer! I would recommend the store any day (and already have!).

We were referred by another family with a young child our daughter’s age that had a great experience with Jan. I called and spoke to Jan who could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately she wouldn’t be available when we wanted to come by but Steve was there and had all the info I had shared with Jan. It could not have been a better experience for someone with a first child going through the bike process. Steve adjusted the bike for our little one and by the time we left she was doing laps by herself and very happy.
