Undoubtedly the service that is provided by all employees are fantastic. We bought our bike two years ago and our car rack almost a year ago and every time we visit the store employee are always friendly and happy to assist on anything we need.

The staff is very friendly and my service was affordable.
I was at the end of a 30 mile ride and started having shifting issues. Vince listened closely to my explanation of the problem. He then put the bike on the rack and checked it over. In short time he found the issue. Worn out rear shift cable. He replaced it, tested it and I was back on the road. I did another 19 miles that day and the bike performed flawlessly. Thank you Atlanta Cycling Alpharetta. The sales lady at this location was very nice too. I think she was the manager. I have my eye on that new Scott RC.
