I love the acknowledgement you receive the minute you walk through the door. The service is also awesome. I needed a bike rack for my new vehicle and Richard at the Peachtree Industrial location in Georgia was so helpful. He explained that I needed a receiver hitch, recommended a store to install it for me and he assembled the bike rack that I ordered. He also helped me to select a new bike and made all the necessary adjustments to make sure I would have a comfortable ride on the bike. I really appreciate it all his knowledge and help

Customer service is great. The Techs and sales persons are not trying to sell you everything in the store. They listen what your concerns are, and then they will guide you in choosing base on your preference.
