Bay and Bradley were very helpful to me and gave me great advice and insight about the process and product. Was riding a Verve 3 and felt like it was not a got fit for me, my age, height. Wasn’t comfortable with it after 29-39 minutes ride. Bay assisted me with order of the bike and Bradley was there when I picked it up. The proper fitting and basic adjustments think made it a better fit for me.
I’m very excited about my FX Sport 5 bike it’s definitely the best bike I’ve ever ridden. I can actually go faster even uphill and easier than with other bikes. Even after an hour, 1.45 hours at a steady pace I feel better

We had the best experience buying my daughter’s big girl bike for her 9th birthday. Brad was so knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! My daughter has not gotten off her bike except to sleep and eat the last two days!

The Chattanooga Trek folks always treat us with speedy attention. Turn-around time is about as good as possible, given the need for parts that are not in stock. There are many good bike shops in Chattanooga besides the Trek store. We choose to do our business at Trek because we bought our most recent bike from there. And it is conveniently located for us. Keep up the good work!
