Josh at the Greenville Trek store was very helpful finding the right mountain bike for my 11 year old son. Very knowledgeable and understood what I needed. He discussed the sizes, components and options that led me to purchase the Marlin 4. Josh was able to get it delivered and built in time for Christmas and available on Christmas Eve with messages to keep me informed. Excellent service and knowledge. Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience when we visited Trek. Bradley assisted us and took the time to go over the bike models with us. Why we should get a trek bike over a Walmart bike 😂. He was so thorough and we learned so much from him. Came back a couple days later and Bradley helped us with the purchase process. We absolutely LOVE our bikes and will continue to go back to Trek for our needs. Thank you Bradley for being amazing!

Pro service is much appreciated, especially dealing with a last minute request of helping me trouble shoot how to flip switch my geometry on the MTB. Glad I didn't try on my own.

I call to about a service to my grandson’s brakes The gentleman told me sure they could check them out, whilst I waited. I came down there and it was all true, they fix the cable brake problem, little did they know it was a Christmas gift They saved the day.
Staff was extremely friendly and patient with a novice rider. Gave me good suggestions and explained everything without pressuring me into a lot of sales or extra add-ons. They allowed me to test ride bikes and helped order the exact make and color I wanted. I will definitely come back for tune-ups and my next bike!
