I came in without any appointment to fix two kids' bikes. Vince was extremely friendly and replaced the front tire and adjusted brakes in few minutes.
Vince told me that he would get the second bike done by the end of the day. I received a text at 3:00 pm informing me that the little bike was ready for pickup.
Vince is a fantastic employee. Your company should be very proud to have him.

Our new bikes are beautiful! Bay helped us with the process as far as helping us find the kind of bikes we wanted, ordering them and then spent around 3 hours getting us custom fitted once they came in. It was a fun and painless experience. Bay was absolutely amazing to work with. He was kind and knowledgeable of all of our many questions. The entire staff was also helpful in finding accessories we were looking to buy. I can't say enough nice things about the Trek store and their employees.
The service department is well run by Josh.
This past week Josh reviewed with me what was needed for my broken bike (we discussed it - he listened) and did not try to "up-sell" unnecessary services. He and the technicians repaired it according to the agreed time-line. Even cleaned the bike a bit.
I'm recommending the Duluth store for anyone who needs real repairs made to their valuable bicycle.

Thanks to Vince for his excellent work. I had a broken spoke in my rear wheel, same spoke second time. Vince did not do the first repair. The real issue is that I've had a constant ticking from the rear of the bike, it drives. you nuts when riding. The bike is internally geared, belt drive and should be silent less some whirring from the Alfine hub depending on your gear. I described all this to Vince, and he suggest to just rebuild the wheel and then we would follow up. I've done one ride so far, DEAD SILENT. No ticking! This alleviated my concern that something was wrong with the hub itself. Thank you Vince.

Before I left the store with my new bike, my salesman, Robert, introduced me to Steven, our technician. "He will be your best friend at the store" I was told.
On the first ride on my new bike I experienced a mechanical problem I could not fix in the field. I brought the bike in the next day, expecting to have to leave it there a week. As soon as I walked in, Steven recognized me and asked what was wrong, and he immediately put the bike on the rack. Twenty minutes later, I was leaving with my bike repaired! This is the level of service that is nearly impossible to find these days! Thank you to all the staff that I have encountered at the Chattanooga store. I will definitely recommend you to others!

Great pre-sales and sales experience. Bradley was very helpful and never tried to steer us toward more expensive options even though we ultimately spent more than we had anticipated. He was very knowledgeable, passionate about the products he was selling and had a super calm, patient demeanor. I'm extremely happy with our experience at the Greenville Trek store and would wholeheartedly recommend to others.
Bay gave me excellent service to make sure I had the best fit for my new bike, and all the accessories needed for me to have great riding experiences!
