I use Trek Spartanburg for all my bike services since I moved to the area three years ago, and as always, they are terrific! The entire staff is helpful and Kevin (bike mechanic) does great work. I highly recommend!

Reserved a bike online and purchased in store. Great experience overall. Appreciate that they took the time to ensure I was correctly fit and recommended useful accessories without feeling pressured. I was very pleased with my experience at TREK of Greenville.
Skylar in service took my call on Tuesday late. I told him that I thought the front derailleur was broken and was it possible to get it replaced before a scheduled ride on Friday. Brought the bike in on Wednesday morning. The derailed didn't need to be replaced, not sure what he did to fix it but immediately was able to work on the bike while we waited. About 45 minutes later we were able to walk out with the bike working and still able to make our ride on Friday. While I am trying to learn about basic bike maintenance you guys are always there available to help and get us back on the trails!
