Had an ongoing issue with my Townies’ electrical system on my electric assistance. Trek determined it was a warranty issue and fixed it under the warranty. Trek stands behind their products. Staff is always professional, thorough, polite, helpful and friendly. We strongly recommend to everyone who ask about our bikes.

Trek stands behind their product by revising the handle bar to meet my comfort. We were greeted courteously while my needs were taken care of professionally. I was told if it didn't work out within 30 days I could bring my bike back for more adjustments.
