Trek products are of excellent quality and the times that I have been at the store (both Spartanburg and Greenville), the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean, organized, and well-lit store. Easy parking. Try it before you buy it approach for the bicycles you're interested in using the safe and spacious parking lot behind the store. Post sales service is as good (if not better) as the pre-sales experience.

Needed to have to have a couple of tires mounted on wheels.(just can’t do it myself anymore). The service tech was super helpful and didn’t make me feel like an idiot because I couldn’t do it myself. I was in an out in 15 minutes. I will definitely be making them my first choice for service work on my bike

Took my road bike to the shop to have a chain replaced. The shop leader is genuinely concerned and mentions it needs some work to operate efficiently. I’m a little surprised because I’ve had my bikes worked on by several reputable shops. When I reviewed his diagnosis, I’m blown away how thorough it is, so I approved the repairs. That bike has never gone faster in the 10 years I’ve had it. There was zero play in the wheels and components. Shifting felt like a new group. I highly recommend you taking your bike to Vince only if you are interested in winning your races. I refuse to take my bikes anywhere else. Incredible work and service.

Staff/owner is very knowledgeable when I purchased my bike many years ago. The free service on my bike has always been a pleasant experience a couple times a year. Last visit I wanted a kickstand added to my bike. Service was done quickly even though the store looked very busy with many bikes in for servicing. Very pleasant staff every visit.
Skyler was extremely professional and explained the work he was going to do on our bikes.
After we picked up our bikes, we rode them for 4 miles on the Greenway in Roswell and enjoyed the ride!
