The team at Atlanta Cycling Vinings works well together. They appear to enjoy working with each other. That provides the foundation for delivering great customer service. From helping customers to unload and bring bikes into the store to quickly understanding why I'm there and handing me off to the appropriate teammate, the staff gets it right.
The service department team is thorough and knowledgeable. Service pricing is not inexpensive but it's fair. The work performed is top notch and always gets the job done right with attention to detail that I recognize as a longtime experienced road cyclist. The team shows consistent enthusiasm for the work and customer interactions. An added bonus is that through conversation with the service team I usually learn something new while I'm in the shop.
I always feel comfortable checking out new bikes in the pressure-free environment even if I'm just there for service. In the past, I've frequented other local bike shops. Atlanta Cycling is the clear market leader.
I like trek ok. Big corporation is not my super favorite thing, but I love the service at my local store. I go back frequently.
Justin, the service manager, is always knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative throughout the service process.
Trek has always been a brand that offers quality, the staff at the Chattanooga store is very friendly.

I commend the team at Atlanta Cycling - Ansley for the great service they provide on my 2022 Scott Addict 10. I bought it new from AC and was given a great bike fit, which has made my bike a joy to ride.
AC - Ansley has done all the regular maintenance on the Addict for several years, and I've been very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the team. For example, this week I brought my bike in to fix a flat. I was in and out in 15 minutes! They even did a quick scan of the bike while they had it to make sure everything else was in order.
I gladly give AC - Ansley high marks all around. It's great for a non-technical person like me to have such a wonderful local bike shop. If I ever get another new bike, it most likely will come from AC - Ansley.
