I visited quite a few bike shops and they all seemed to be well informed about their products and willing to share their knowledge with me. Chris at Atlanta Cycling, however went well beyond. He put me on at least 3 bikes and had me ride for feel. He understood that I didn’t really know what I wanted, but really needed help to make that decision. He was never pushy, but always patient and wanted me to make an informed decision. He kept in touch with emails expressing his willingness to answer any questions I might have. Eventually, I did purchase a bike and Chris is still following up making sure I have what I need. Thank you Chris!

Trek = The best 2 wheelers manufactured hands down! Road, dirt, gravel,mountains (downhill racing), trick and stunts, ramp riding etc. Electric if that fits your needs are truly exceptional artwork. Lifetime warranty with free of charge monthly maintenance at any Trek dealer as long as you made the purchase and or proof of purchase on file. How can you beat that? The answer is you can't, not even with the biggest stick you can handle. If you wanna ride like a pro you better purchase like a pro, TREK Is the name with no shame in their game, guaranteed or your money back. The main reason I want to go back to the Trek store is because the first thing is very friendly people working there. There’s never a time where I am not comfortable with the staff. My bikes gets checked out and adjusted every time, they even take the time to check further and make adjustments that I didn’t know or wasn’t aware. Very customer oriented and very helpful and knowledgeable.

The sales staff recommended I switch over to carbon rims from aluminum while getting maintenance and repairs. I was skeptical about the difference explained to me but after trying the new carbon rims I’m a believer. Nearly 2 miles faster than my usual speed and I wasn’t fighting the bike for speed. The bike was so responsive and smooth to ride. Definitely worth the price and improvement in a quality bike.
