The folks at the store are always helpful and knowledgeable. The service department has kept me on my bike and the bike in good shape. This last visit they went way above and beyond with their treatment of me.

I took my lunch break to bring in my bespoke bike with a bad brake which broke while braking. Brilliant technician brought my brake back up to spec. Best bunch of brawny blokes around. Better than the bro beer stop shop.

Friendly and helpful staff. They listen to my needs and are always willing to step in to ensure all questions are answered. There are times, however, that my bike is returned from service without being fully tightened up to expectations, and then I’m surprised on a ride.
