Steve and team have always done a wonderful job providing great service. Not only on products I bought there but others I didn’t (because they didn’t stock it). They spent time with me to help communicate with a bike rack vendor to correct a problem. They didn’t have to do that but did. The situation came to a successful conclusion due to their involvement. I’ve been a customer over 5 years and the exceptional service has always been there.

Everyone at this store is super helpful. We went in initially this time to get new bike helmets for the kids. We knew we would pay more here but we also knew it would be higher quality products for the price we pay.
We asked some questions about kids mountain bikes while there. My younger son (6) had been wanting a mountain bike and he found one he liked. We returned later that day and bought a bike for him and one for me.
This is a great shop that doesn’t push you into buying things or buying out of your budget!

The Staff and service! Especially Bradley! I own many Trek bikes. Bradley has helped me in the past and has always made it easy for me to make the correct purchase not only on bikes but on Garmin devices as well and most importantly my granddaughter’s first bicycle. Great experience for all of us.
