The Mechanic Service, Stephen and Matt are awesome, I can count on them for my bikes services with blind eyes, I have 3 E-Bikes which are very expensive and only them can fix all the issues that I have !!!! they are excellent humans as well as excellent mechanics!

Windsor in service was phenomenal. When I told him that we were on a tight timeframe to get my son’s bike tuned up before dropping it off at his college later that day, he squeezed us in last minute and provided excellent service with a smile. Not only did he tune the bike as requested, he also advised on getting bike lights and putting on a bike stand. I felt confident being able to get my son‘s bike to him in a safe condition.

Really appreciate timely, professional attention paid, both on phone and in person. My recent purchase is the sixth bike I've purchased from the Trek store here in Greenville, or its predecessor (Great Escape). Though not "affiliated" companies per se', the service level now is as good or better than before. Keep up the good work.

My favorite thing about your store is the folks who do the service. When I need a specific part, usually something small they always have it. I do my own mechanical work but I like being able to shop locally for parts. I think the guys name is Steve and he's great and knows exactly what I need.

Stephen Shaw took great care of me while I was on a cross-country bike trip: setting aside a pair of cleats for me, having a busy mechanic install a derailleur cable, making a suggestion about how to solve a problem with my pump, advising me to replace my rear tire, and providing me with encouragement.
The staff at the Greenville store are absolutely incredible! Bay has spent hours with me fitting me for a bike, teaching me how to take care of it., etc Way over what any other bike store would do. Chris made it possible for me to upgrade to my dream bike. Bradley talked me through a sticky situation on a Saturday when I was biking the Blue Ridge Parkway and had bike troubles. They are a phenomenal team. Trek Greenville is THE ONLY place to go for a bike!
