Very impressed with the staff and thier friendliness. I brought my son's bike in after he wrecked it and I replaced the rear deraileur, we do not have a bike shop in my town after having two. I initially could get the gears to change but it would jump gears. After adjusting and tinkering, I could not get it to change gears. I brought the bike in and the first mechanic came out and said "I see what is going on, we will take care of it." He rolled the bike back and started working on it. While they were setting the rear deraileur, they found that the cable was in need of replacing. They replaced the cable and set the deraileur. They took care of the bike right there. Before leaving, they rode the bike around the shop to make sure that the gears shifted smoothly. He made a slight adjustment and then rode the bike around to make sure it was good. Very happy with the service, the friendliness, and the knowledge. We even talked about bike riding with kids and they told me about NICA, I think that is it, and how there is a league for school age kids which I need to start looking into.
It was definitely worth the hour plus drive and I will make that drive anytime I need to have his bike or any other bike I need worked on. I will also be recommending Trek Greenville.

The staff was very professional and willing to answer any questions that I had. They explained to me what was happening with my bike and fixed it quickly. The variety of things they had for bikes was very different than any other store I have been to. Great place to shop and get repairs.
