I don't have a TREK bike(don't make titanium) but these guys are in the heart of bike riding country(Chattanooga) . I needed new tires, and got Wowed by the service there. They went the distance with a great recommendation, lightning install service on my tubeless tires, and first rate customer smile service. What a pleasure to go to a bike shop, with real people, not have to wait for what I needed, and get some appreciation for my bike even though it wasn't house brand. Great Job TREK Chattanooga.
