I’m a repeat customer at Atlanta Cycle (bikes, accessories, supplies). I believe it’s important to support local retailers for specialty products and services. Every time I come in to Atlanta Cycle, the Staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and they are great “Advisors”, to make sure that I get the correct products that I need. On this recent visit - Paris took care of me. She was exceptionally polite and engaging - and she made sure to discuss my product needs with the Tech and Sales Staff to insure that I got the correct Inner Tubes for my Trek Verve. A small sale for the Shop - but she created a very positive Customer experience. Paris is an outstanding Team Member and effortlessly delivers a great Customer Service encounter.
My son’s new bike had brake issues. I called and the gentleman who answered the phone invited me in and said he’d get my son back riding on his bike right away. I walked in that day and 20 minutes later things were good as new. It was at a great price and everyone there was very friendly warm. I’ll be back this spring to potentially buy my wife’s bike there.

Staff is always helpful and attentive and very knowledgeable. I have taken my bikes to Atlanta cycling for several years and have always been 100% satisfied with their service. And this includes servicing road, gravel and mountain bikes ranging from brand new to 20 years old. They do it all.
Steve and his service team hit their service dates…never late and usually early. And they help out with emergency repairs with quick, often same day turnarounds.
The sales team is also terrific and is prompt to order items if not on their well-stocked shelves.
Atlanta Cycling is my go-to bike store!

Not just selling a chain clean/lube product , but took the time go explain application & proper usage. You don’t get that in a big box multi sport environment.

I ordered a holiday gift online for pick up in the store. I called the store for some details and spoke with Noah. He was very helpful! The process went smoothly. I am in another state. I hope I’ll have an opportunity to visit the actual shop in the future. This location is my nephew’s go-to for his cycle needs.
Fast service and reasonable prices
The staff is extremely informative, flexible, and patient. As a beginner in the sport, I feel welcomed, not intimidated. They are extremely responsive to text and phone calls, and willing to address service issues immediately if feasible.
