We absolutely loved working with Bradley! Very personable and gave us some good tips to help teach our daughter how to ride her new bicycle without training wheels on her own! Highly recommend over purchasing from an online retailer! They were able to adjust the handlebars and brake lever to fit her which we I didn’t even know was possible. So if we had bought from an online retailer, we might not have made it easy for her to ride!

Everyone that I have worked with at TREK has been very helpful. They have gone above and beyond to take care of me. It feels like they care individually about me as a customer and they respect and love the biking community as a whole. They have provided advise, support and information to me all along the way.
