Gerry, is one of the most knowledgable LBS guys I've met! Knows the product, knows the local bike routes, offers just enough comparison...but not afraid to recommend. Normally we don't buy bikes and load up with accessories all in one place. But it just felt like everything fell into place, and one stop shopping, plus the expertise...made it a great experience.

We bought our bikes from you guys 2 years ago. Prior to the purchase you all answered my countless questions via phone and in person and made me feel valued all the way. Since we have bought the bikes we ran i to one issue that we had to work through and you not only took care of fixing it but also educating me about it along the way. Even with our last bike service you answered my questions to help me understand on how to best care for our bikes. Thank you!

Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was my first time in the shop and he made sure that the shoes I purchased for a spin class worked for me in every way. They did! I look forward to a new experience and results in the class now that I have the right shoes. I will definitely be back as I am considering an outdoor bike purchase for the warmer months.
