I have been riding bikes consistently for over 40 years. My previous bike had over 12,000 miles on it and it was time for a replacement. I knew what I wanted and had a very specific list of requirements. Bradley took the time to listen, asked great questions, and then knew the exact bike that would best fit my needs. I purchased a new Domane SL 5 primarily for comfort, technology and style. The fit process exceeded my expectation, I never felt pressured or rushed. I ended up with the ideal bike that fits me perfectly and ticks off every requirement I had. I am enjoying a great deal.
