Is always a great experience to visit them. Each employee offers their help and share their knowledge so you can take your best decisions on products and services. They are very realistic in the service area- they don't sell you stuff without letting you know the why. highly recommended.

Number one the staff (especially the service staff) are super friendly, and go out of there way to work repairs in on the spot for quick items and in a very timely manner for more involved repairs. Sales staff is also helpful and informative. It's the people.

We live closer to Ansley, and we went there first. The gentleman there, while he did measure our child, did not have a lot of stock. Despite our kid being in a grey zone for a smaller or larger bike, he insisted on our buying a 20in used bike that required extra money for training wheels. This is despite our saying our kid was a nervous, very beginner rider that requires training wheels. He extolled the virtues of the hand brakes and multi speed—all far too advanced for what we were saying. There was one 16 in Trek left, and ironically, another child our kid’s size was riding it already, obviously testing it with his parents. Letting us take a turn on it to size it would have been a good move, so we could have ordered one for ourselves (the other kid was there first and would have had the right to buy it in our mind).
I went to Vinings and worked with Casey, who was a great listener and receptive to hearing what we thought we wanted. He used his expertise to help select a perfect bike my kid won’t stop riding. Because he was so much nicer, we bought a helmet and a bell, even though we had old ones that would have done the trick. That padded the sale as a thanks for his treating us with respect and fairness.

Atlanta Cycling offers personalized service for all my biking needs. The employees know me by name, they know what kind of bike I have and what kind of riding I do. They will answer and address any questions and concerns I might have. They do not talk me into purchasing unnecessary services or products but make recommendations based on my needs.
I know I can rely on them to keep my bike functioning in a safe way. For cycling clothes, they will order several sizes or products for me to try and will readily accept anything back that I do not like, even if I have used it. On occasion, they have even recommended products from outside vendors.

The sales staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. This store is nicely stocked with a robust variety of the latest bikes, parts, equipment and accessories. I can usually find what I need/want there. The bike mechanics are also friendly and very attentive to my needs, and they always do top-notch work servicing my Trek bicycle. I highly recommend this store if you're in the market for a new Trek bicycle, and/or accessories and equipment... They really do a fine job taking care of customers through their sales-to-service support business model. It gives me a piece of mind knowing they stand behind their products by providing certified Trek professionals who will perform any necessary warranty work, as well as basic adjustments, within the first two years (I believe it is) of your new purchase. Not to mention Trek's lifetime warranty on their frames. You simply can't go wrong with Trek!
The service is always quick and friendly and the staff are well informed. The process of having my bike serviced was also great in that they were transparent the entire time regarding pricing and the status of the repair.
