Atlanta Cycling Vining's was great! They helped me tune up my gravel bike before a race this weekend. They got it done very quickly, were super nice, and gave me very good recommendations when I discussed what I had done to my bike so far. I'll definitely be going back for further upgrades on my bike in the future!
Every team member is highly knowledgeable and gives great advice. Bay, Josh and Jerry took the time to ensure I knew the basics, and they even helped me load my new bike. These are true pros, and I feel very comfortable that my bike will be in good hands when I return for service.

Took my bike in due to an issue with the front deraillier. Staff is quick to diagnose and fix the problem. They always treat you as if you’re the most important customer.
My son Owen is in 9th grade and is a new rider on the Sope Creek Composite ITP team. He developed a brake problem at parctice on Sunday and I brought the bike in on Monday hoping for a quick fix.
Kevin was all booked up for weeks but went out of his way to get the bike turned around so it would be ready for my son's practice that afternoon. In addition to the needed brake work, Kevin tweaked the rear derailleur and lubed the chain to make sure the bike was in tip top shape.
Super great customer focus, sincerely appreciated. Thanks to you guys, we had great practices this week and Owen feels really confident in his equipment for this week's race at Allatoona Creek.

Knowledgeable about bikes and service. Always helpful. Fair prices. They stay busy so wait times for service may be longer than you like but they let you know in advance and meet their schedule. If it's close, it should be your local shop.
I came in for an adjustment to my seat dropper lever. Turned out the cable was frayed and had to be replaced. Gentleman in service stopped what he was doing and replaced the cable in about 10 minutes. Also enjoyed talking with one of the sales guys while I was waiting. Only wish I had gotten names. Very pleased with The Trek Store in Greenville.
