Friendly and helpful staff. They listen to my needs and are always willing to step in to ensure all questions are answered. There are times, however, that my bike is returned from service without being fully tightened up to expectations, and then I’m surprised on a ride.

Great service! I came in looking for a seat post with suspension to help with potholes and speed bumps on my commuter. They were able to look up the model of my bike (not a Trek) and find the seatpost size (which was a very uncommon size) found a seatpost and shim that worked perfectly for my bike. Night and day difference on my ride. Now I don't have to stand on my pedals for every bump in the road.
