10/10 experience with the guys at Trek! Gerry and David were incredibly helpful, not pushy at all and educated me on different options for a woman’s bike. We put a deposit down for a bike I saw online, it was at the store within a week and I got to test ride it but didn’t love it. They recommended another option that was the same price but better caliber bike! They were very patience with me and my husband as we talked through the details and options. Absolutely love my new bike!!! We appreciate the excellent customer service and great bike options!

Other day I took my bike for air, lube, and adjusting the spokes, to my surprise I was given priority and didn’t have have to wait. Best of all, it was all for free. Turns out they offer theses kind of services free of charge. Will definitely buy my drop down bike from here.
