Bradley is always very helpful when I go in the store and very knowledgeable. I purchased my first Trek bike for myself in August there with Bradley. I'd come from another major mountain bike shop in Greenville where they didn't know you could install a kickstand and were not very helpful. Bradley was a stark contrast - very helpful and guided me to the bike that worked well for me. Fast forward 4 months and I just purchased my second bike at the Greenville store, this time for my son. I also purchased a 24" bike from the Charlotte store for my daughter (only because Greenville didn't have the color needed and just not enough time to get here for Christmas). That's 3 bikes this year and all because I felt a great connection there at the Trek store. For me, finding a bike that fits and works for me is important but even more than the product are the people that represent the product. Due to the great experience I had from day 1 I have expanded my Trek ownership. In the coming year I'll look to purchase a 4th bike for my wife. Thanks for having great people and making a great product.

The Trek Store in Chattanooga is one of the few businesses these days that is a real pleasure to visit. I am always greeted in a friendly manner as soon as I walk in. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable and the newer ones are eager to find an answer.
I bought an FX Sport 6 from Robert a few months ago because your store had always been helpful in the little things. Robert helped guide me through the myriad of choices patiently and professionally.
The first day I rode my new bike the chain came off and got lodged between the cassette and the hub. Not having the cassette removal tool, I brought the bike in Monday morning. I was expecting to be told it would be a week or so to get it fixed. But Robert had introduced me to your lead mechanic (whose name unfortunately I can't remember), he recognized me, put the bike up on the repair stand and had me out in 20 minutes!
