Professional staff that are service oriented. Wanted to be sure we both agreed on what was needed to service my bikes, so no surprises at pick up. Answered all my other questions in a timely courteous manner. Worked well with me to schedule service drop off and pick up since I have over an hour drive to the store. Will definitely recommend to others!

The staff at my local bikestore are always super helpful and provide awesome service and insight for my bikes. Their recommendations have been on point and they're friendly too. It's obvious they're very enthusiastic about their bikes too.

I love and still love my Marlin. And the new Marlin E-bike I just got has been wonderful to take on the trails. It's surprisingly light and covers everything you'd want in a bike. A Fantastic bike and great support!

Steven, I believe, (I’m terrible with names) had excellent energy for the job. Lots of knowledge shared with me before and after service of my fuel ex. I definitely learned a thing or 10. Bike rides as it did when I bought it. Aside from giving me money, food, or another bike, I can’t see how the service could’ve been any better. Glad I came back to Trek after such a long hiatus from riding. Great job!

It was an absolute dream experience coming in here to buy my dream bike! I could not recommend Trek the brand or this particular store highly enough. I can’t remember the man’s name that helped me but I believe his name was Greg. I could be wrong about his name but he was definitely the manager and he was absolutely fantastic! Such a wonderful experience .
What I was impressed with was Jim’s help.
We want to ride, needed helmets, a rack and a bike someone with cognitive impairment would be able to operate safely. We metaphorically left with everything. Plus he helped us get the hitch so we could transport the bikes. We will be back!
