The bikes and related products are great, but more than that is the support from staff. Time is spent to thoroughly understand my needs and wants. Amos at the Duluth location is exceptionally knowledgeable and was willing to educate me since I’ve only begun cycling this year.

My bike is like a family member. I have invested so much in it over the past eight years, and I am very particular about who gets to interact with it, let alone service it or install something. I bought it in Brussels, and the shop that sold me the bike worked on it for three years. I moved to Switzerland, and it took me a while to find a shop there, but I finally found someone I trusted to service the bike. When I moved back home to the US, settling on a shop took almost three years, but I'm sure I found the spot.
It makes a difference that when I walk in, someone welcomes me by name, and it's also paramount that I don't feel like I am being raked over the coals for a simple ask. This is my new shop. These are my people.
