I was very appreciative of the good advice I had from Graham in your Chattanooga store regarding my hunt for an appropriate road bike (I have had a Gary Fisher mountain bike for nearly 20 years). He recommended the Trek FX Sport 4 & when the new red color wasn’t available in the store, he ordered it & kept it until I could return from Florida & pick it up. I am very happy with the bike. Graham also recommended which Wahoo GPS he thought I would like & the Trek front & rear light set. All the people in your Chattanooga store are very helpful & nice & it was a pleasure to deal with Graham.

I have gone to the Trek store in Greenville, SC many times, sometimes just to have a quick look, and nobody bothered me, which I liked. This time, I looked and bought a Trek bike FX 4, for my birthday!
Michael (Mike L) was very helpful and listened to my questions, i.e. should I buy a small or medium size. We put the (small) bike on the "stand" to adjust the height of the seat so the legs are almost fully extended when the petals are all the way down. I bought the small one.
And then the bike arrived much earlier than anticipated, and Mike wrote a personal note on the file folder that came with the bike.

For 8 years I’m come to the Trek Store for their awesome customer service. It started when my two sons needed a burley to tow behind my bike. Now my kiddos are training wheel free after the recommended balance bikes. Any need I’ve had, they have taken care of from repairs to trade-ups to bigger bikes. We are forever a trek bike family in our beautiful Chattanooga area!

I am from the NY/ NJ Tri-State area, and this is my go to bike shop when I am in town. Their service department is friendly, professional/ responsive, and solid work/ clean/ at a fair price. I have visited other cycling/ bike shops in the Greenville, SC area and the Trek Shop of Greenville is by far the best. Lastly, leadership/ management runs a tight ship. Shop with confidence.
