I spent quite a bit of time in this shop while I was visiting Atlanta. While I did make several small purchases, my objective was to see and discuss the Madone SLR 9 bike. I learned a lot about this bike during my days in Atlanta. The store even reached back out to me to offer a test ride after they found a M/L bike frame for me to ride. Unfortunately, I couldn't arrange my schedule to take the test ride and now have the dilemma of looking for a shop in South Carolina (where I live now) to try to set up a test ride. I did purchase my last 2 bikes from Atlanta Cycling so I have a bias towards this shop as they have always treated me well. I may still pursue a purchase through that shop if I can arrange to get back to Atlanta.
I came in for service and they were honest to say I would be wasting money on the condition of the old bike. With no pressure, they showed me new bikes in my price range, on sale too.
I ordered a new bike to fit my size and it was ready in less than a week. The sales woman was awesome all the way through the process.
The service department does an excellent job of keeping my bike running smoothly and being patient in helping me better understand my bike.

They have a great staff. They entire staff is very helpful. They usually will greet you at the door and see if you need help getting your bike into the store. I usually work with Steve and Eddie. Both are happy to answer any questions, discuss products and make suggestions. Eddie works in the service department and has helped address service issues with my bike. I highly recommend this store and staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel welcome.
Bought a Precaliber for my daughter. Quality is great. She loves it. Bradley Barnes at the Spartanburg office was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed my daughter how to use the bike and showed me how to maintain it. Would definitely recommend.
