I love the acknowledgement you receive the minute you walk through the door. The service is also awesome. I needed a bike rack for my new vehicle and Richard at the Peachtree Industrial location in Georgia was so helpful. He explained that I needed a receiver hitch, recommended a store to install it for me and he assembled the bike rack that I ordered. He also helped me to select a new bike and made all the necessary adjustments to make sure I would have a comfortable ride on the bike. I really appreciate it all his knowledge and help
