First time ever owning a Trek Hybrid Bike. From beginning to end, I and my fiancé were treated with the upmost respect. They explained everything about riding styles and what would work for us to ride and get healthy. I had 3 options that I looked up and they had all 3 styles of Trek bicycles. I rode all 3 and my fiancé rode 2 different styles. After being educated on the 2 bikes that we were down two and all the information that we needed. We decided to go with the Trek FX2 and it’s been a great purchase for us. I thank all of the help and support in assisting us getting the right bike for us. I recommend Charlie and the rest of the staff of Atlanta Cycling who helped us make our purchase.
I had my first flat tire on my fairly new bike. Took it in they came out & met me at the car & took my bike in. They fixed the flat immediately & out the door in minutes. I asked a couple questions & they answered them all. Super friendly staff.

I've been to the Alpharetta location multiple times now for service on different bikes for both of my young sons. Every visit the staff has been friendly, professional and super helpful. The prices are the best I've found calling around and the service has been great with no issues after the repairs/tune-ups. Great bike shop and great people working there!

Steven your bike / service tech is an awesome guy . I've never met anyone in the service industry so willing to spend time with you ,answer all of your questions and make sure you understand them. He is so enthusiastic about riding it just makes you want to go ride . I took my bike in for some service and adjustments and while there Steven offers me his bike ride and check it out. Who does that? I highly recommend Trek in Chattanooga.

This is not the first time we have used Trek for our e-bikes and our grandchildren's bikes. Every person in the store is helpful. They jump up to open the door as I'm hauling in the bikes. The actual repairs are fast and extremely reasonable. I love this store!
Every time i go to the shop the incredibly helpful staff goes out of their way to help solve whatever problem I have come in for. Recently, I had a ride planned with a group of friends and as I was getting ready to leave, I realized that I had left my bike shoes at home. Was miserable at the thought of missing the ride so I stopped by the shop and in less than 5 minutes they had swapped my cleated pedals for a reasonable pair of flat pedals and I was on my way. I was somewhat skeptical about riding on flat pedals but the fellow who helped me said, “they are not as inefficient as you thing”, and you know what, he was absolutely right. Their help and kindness is always appreciated.

1st of all, Trek makes a great product. I’ve been riding my Fuel EX7 for almost 5 yrs and the thing takes everything I throw at it. Been a great choice for this area and perfect for my weekend warrior progression
Regarding the shop - Awesome mechanics, always sound advice, friendly and excellent service, reasonable prices. I never think twice abt heading straight from the shop to the trail. Full confidence in these guys.
I was at the end of a 30 mile ride and started having shifting issues. Vince listened closely to my explanation of the problem. He then put the bike on the rack and checked it over. In short time he found the issue. Worn out rear shift cable. He replaced it, tested it and I was back on the road. I did another 19 miles that day and the bike performed flawlessly. Thank you Atlanta Cycling Alpharetta. The sales lady at this location was very nice too. I think she was the manager. I have my eye on that new Scott RC.
