Great bikes and service!
I was having mechanical issue with a rear wheel, thinking it might be the cassette. I took the wheel in and mechanic was able to identify the problem immediately and in a few minutes made the adjustments and then he took the time to show me how I could make this repair myself in the future. This type of service is why the Vinings store is my go to shop for repairs and products.
10/10 service! The employees were super welcoming and Steven helped me get my bike’s back tire fixed while also improving the gears and brakes tremendously without me even asking! I was super thankful for everyone’s help so I could bike back home!
Clay was very attentive from the moment I called to check if they had a 16-inch pink bike. It was the only store that had exactly what we needed, and when we walked in, he welcomed us warmly with the bike ready. My daughter was very happy, and Clay was very patient in explaining each function and part of the bike. He even took care of the bike registration for us, so we didn’t have to do it ourselves. My daughter is thrilled, and we are very satisfied with both the product and the service. Thank you very much! We will be back soon.
