Shoutout to the service team - they were able to help me quickly ahead of the Major's Ride and I really appreciated the balanced advice on what parts to replace.
I dropped my e-bike off for issues with the pedal assist it showed on my last ride. Although the team could not get the bike to replicate the error it gave me, it reassured me that they did not just want to immediately give it back. They wanted to test it further and see if it would show them the error first. It never did, but I found comfort in the fact that they were checking everything anyway. We may never know why my bike suddenly stopped working on the trail that day and why it suddenly started working again no issue.. But I'm not complaining. I'm glad it's working and to have it back! I appreciate their thoroughness and straight forwardness.
