I have been a Trek customer since the 80’s, in numerous states and stores. Greenville is home as is Greenville Trek. Service, reliability and the staff’s capacity to embrace all riders puts this shop head and shoulders above the rest. Gerry helped us out with this purchase - by far our largest - but we’ve interacted with all the staff with similar satisfaction.
Great Experience with recent purchase of (2) E Mountain bikes. Kudos to the whole team and to Bay Patel for helping with measuring and fitting the bike for both me and my wife. Other shop workers also assisted with getting everything dialed in.
Couldn't be happier with the bikes. Can't wait to get them out more on the trails.
