The products are top-notch, but it's the service that made me come back. I don't remember the name of the young lady that helped my sons and I, but she was amazing! She sized up my son quickly and let him take a bike out for a quick ride. Then she helped with adjustments to the bike to properly size it for him! Thank you!!! He's riding EVERY DAY now!!!

Great personalized service and advice from everybody in the shop, and not just Mary who did a great job. Nobody was trying to oversell, they really listended to me and together we figured out what would work best for me.
Bill, the manager, completely know his bicycle technology. All the sales staff is very friendly and willing to help. Some of the Trek bikes are extremely cool
