I don't have a TREK bike(don't make titanium) but these guys are in the heart of bike riding country(Chattanooga) . I needed new tires, and got Wowed by the service there. They went the distance with a great recommendation, lightning install service on my tubeless tires, and first rate customer smile service. What a pleasure to go to a bike shop, with real people, not have to wait for what I needed, and get some appreciation for my bike even though it wasn't house brand. Great Job TREK Chattanooga.

Bay was the expert that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and personable which I really appreciated to help me choose my trek bike. Bay was attentive, and tried to understand my skill level and where I eventually wanted to get to. Bay set up several bikes for me to test. I felt like family there. They will start group rides and im excited to join when I'm available.
They helped me with my tailgate on my truck and even help me put it on the truck.
I appreciate the attention to detail and the time they took with me explaining all the things.

One of the best customer experiences services I have ever had, frankly. Paris was awesome as was Chris. Needed some adjustments to my daughter's bike which they did quickly. And then they put my daughter on the stationary bike and measured exactly for the seat height. Might be upgrading my bike soon and will buy it nowhere else.
