I have used them for maintenance of three bicycles And they are Polite, friendly, and give assistance to get bikes off the vehicle and into the store. They communicate well, so you know when your bike will be finished.

I have two Trek bikes, a Domane and Marlin. I have had such a pleasant experience in buying and getting fitted for both of these bikes. I just bought a new (to me) bike from Buycycle and recently had their mechanics replace the front derailleur and adjust several items. Ever experience I’ve had at Greenville Trek has been so overwhelmingly positive. Couldn’t recommend them more
