Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was my first time in the shop and he made sure that the shoes I purchased for a spin class worked for me in every way. They did! I look forward to a new experience and results in the class now that I have the right shoes. I will definitely be back as I am considering an outdoor bike purchase for the warmer months. The team at Atlanta Cycling Vinings works well together. They appear to enjoy working with each other. That provides the foundation for delivering great customer service. From helping customers to unload and bring bikes into the store to quickly understanding why I'm there and handing me off to the appropriate teammate, the staff gets it right.
The service department team is thorough and knowledgeable. Service pricing is not inexpensive but it's fair. The work performed is top notch and always gets the job done right with attention to detail that I recognize as a longtime experienced road cyclist. The team shows consistent enthusiasm for the work and customer interactions. An added bonus is that through conversation with the service team I usually learn something new while I'm in the shop.
I always feel comfortable checking out new bikes in the pressure-free environment even if I'm just there for service. In the past, I've frequented other local bike shops. Atlanta Cycling is the clear market leader.
I like trek ok. Big corporation is not my super favorite thing, but I love the service at my local store. I go back frequently.
